Our Greatest Hits Bundle, made up by Medium, Dark and Decaf roasts.

The Medium and Dark roasts are Caturra, Catuai, and Catimor beans, all excellent and sought after varieties by coffee aficionados. The beans are grown from the region Cajamarca in Peru's northern highlands, in the Andes Mountains. We source from the cooperative Cafe Solidarios. The coffee grows at altitudes of up to 7,000 feet, which is considered extreme. It is not an easy feat, but it pays off with complex, defined and balanced flavor notes.

The Medium roast has flavors of caramelized sugars, nuts, roasty and delicious richness. It is slightly more vibrant and brighter than the Dark roast. In the Dark roast you will sense them same flavors, with a hint of bittersweet chocolate, and a cup profile that is slightly rounder, smoother and with more body.


Our Decaf coffee is Caturra, Catuai, Catimor varietal beans, and comes from the region Veracruz in Mexico's Southeastern highlands. Beyond fabulous coffee, the region is famous for colonial fortresses and varied ecosystem of both sandy beaches and snowcapped mountains. Fabula sources from the cooperative “Unión Regional de Pequeños Productores de Café Huatusco”, or, “small producers of Huatosco Coffee” (URPPC).

Decaffeination is processed with the Mountain Swiss Water method, a completely non-chemical and natural process.

You will find the decaf has flavor notes of nuts, rich dark chocolate and full bodied. It is a medium roast.

Where our coffee comes from is important. We proudly provide the very highest grade, single-origin coffee beans in the world. You can taste its origin, intricate and complex characteristics, just like in the world of fine wines.

Finding great coffees is like a hunting for treasures. The best coffees come from remote areas, grown deep inside the jungle, at high altitudes. There often is no infrastructure. No paved roads. There are mudslides. Heavy rainfalls... But the coffee... oh, it is worth it.
