It is rich in antioxidants that help to protect the body from cellular damage. It can also help prevent infections because of its antibacterial properties.

Additionally, the anti-inflammatory properties of honey can help speed up the healing of wounds and burns. It is important to note, that honey is still a form of added sugar and should be consumed in moderation. With that said, let's get into this healthy honey spring latte recipe!

Here's what you will need...

  • 1 shot of espresso or a cup of your favorite fabula coffee
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (any milk of your choice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Ice cubes


And here's how to do it...
