Our Greatest Hits Bundle, made up by Light, Medium and Dark roasts,

The Medium and Dark roasts are Caturra, Catuai, and Catimor beans, all excellent and sought after varieties by coffee aficionados. The beans are grown from the region Cajamarca in Peru's northern highlands, in the Andes Mountains. We source from the cooperative Cafe Solidarios. The coffee grows at altitudes of up to 7,000 feet, which is considered extreme. It is not an easy feat, but it pays off with complex, defined and balanced flavor notes.

The Medium roast has flavors of caramelized sugars, nuts, roasty and delicious richness. It is slightly more vibrant and brighter than the Dark roast. In the Dark roast you will sense them same flavors, with a hint of bittersweet chocolate, and a cup profile that is slightly rounder, smoother and with more body.

The Light roast is Typica, Bourbon, and Mundo Novo varietal beans. They come from Chiapas in Mexico’s Southern Highlands. Fabula sources from “The Campesinos Ecológicos de la Sierra Madre de Chiapas” (CESMACH). It was founded in 1994 to create economic opportunities for smallholder farmers in rural Chiapas.

The Light roast has flavor notes of toffee, praline, hints of citrus, and has a deep and complex cup profile.
