Wholesale Terms & Conditions

• Orders placed by 09:00AM EST on Tuesdays will be shipped no later than the following Friday.
• You warrant that you are a bona fide reseller of our products, for example a store, café or professional practice. Products are not for private consumption.
• Wholesale customers are not allowed to sell on 3rd party market places, such as Amazon, Wal-Mart or similar. Doing so will result in the immediate termination of Wholeseller account.
• Orders will only be accepted if submitted on our only portal, via www.fabulacoffee.com. Prices are available at this portal.
• A wholesaler account creation and approval is needed to purchase under our wholesale program. Account approval is at the discretion of the Fabula.
• All prices are including cost of delivery to address continental USA with UPS, USPS or similar.
• If you are sales tax exempt, please send us your valid tax exempt certificate. We will continue to charge sales taxes, until such certificate is presented.
• All sales are final. Fabula is not responsible for Customer errors in order, including product and address. Please verify your order in your order receipt. If possible, and if order has not shipped, we will do our best to correct your order if possible.
• Damaged products to be reported within 7 days of receipt
• Fabula retains the right to revoke your wholesale access at any time, should we deem so necessary.
• Wholesaler is not allowed to use Fabula brand, logo, trademark, content or similar without explicit, written permission.
