Advent marks the four weeks leading up to Christmas. It originates from the Latin “Adventus” (arrival), to symbolize the coming of light in the darkest days of winter. Each week carries its own theme: Hope, Peace, Joy, and Love, celebrated with candles, comforting rituals, and moments of togetherness.

This special 4-bag collection, each 6 oz, invites you to mark each Sunday leading up to Christmas with a new coffee experience, each one telling its own story of origin and craft. The idea is variety: All are different regions, different roast levels, and different bean varieties. These are the coffees in your pack: 

Advent Week 3. Odo Shakiso- From Ethiopia’s Guji highlands, a region at the heart of coffee’s ancient origins, smallholder farmers have for centuries cultivated beans at high altitude, nurtured by fertile volcanic soils and precise microclimates. Naturally processed on raised beds—a method passed through generations—these beans preserve vibrant sweetness and layered complexity. Light roasted, the coffee offers bright fruit notes, delicate florals, and a silky body.

Advent Week 4. ASPRASAR Regenerative -Hailing from the verdant slopes of Tolima, Colombia, this coffee comes from ASPRASAR cooperative. The region’s volcanic soils, high elevation, and temperate climate nurture exceptional beans. Grown with regenerative organic practices—including soil enrichment and eco-friendly processing—these coffees honor the land and the farmers’ ancestral knowledge. Medium roasted, it delivers a lively cup with bright stone fruit notes, subtle herbal undertones, and a clean, vibrant finish.
