1. Kayon Mountain Farm - The Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm has been owned and operated by Ismael Hassen Aredo and his family since 2012. The property spans two villages—Taro and Sewana—located in the Oromia region, within the Guji zone of the Shakiso district in Ethiopia. This coffee is naturally processed (sometimes referred to as dry processed or the "ancient method"), meaning that the ripely harvested coffee cherries are set to dry fully intact. This coffee is a light roast, to truly bring forward the intricacies of the bean. In the cup, this process results in a unique body and a more pronounced sweetness.

2. Concepción Huista Co-op - CODECH (Coordinator of Organizations for the Development of Concepción Huista), founded in 1998, is based in the municipality of Concepción Huista, in the Huehuetenango department of Guatemala. It comprises 10 member organizations with a total of 476 members. One of CODECH’s main objectives is to increase women's participation in society and the workforce. Gregorio, the general manager, is also advocating for farmers to renovate their farms, as he believes they could potentially triple their current production volume.This coffee is medium dark, to bring out the full body and sweetness of these particular beans. 

3. Perla de Inza - A mountainous region where major rivers like the Magdalena, Cauca, and Patia originate, Inza is surrounded by volcanoes. The mineral-rich soil from these volcanic mountains, along with the region's altitude and climate, creates ideal conditions for growing specialty coffee. The Pillimue Family, key community members, spearheaded a program to certify 80 producers in organic practices. This group has become a leader in innovative organic techniques, hosting community workshops to recycle farm waste and create cost-effective bio-fertilizers.
